a Citrus Rum Sauce, served with cinnamon mashed
taters and black bean and corn salsa.
Thin pieces of Filet rolled with asparagus and shallot,
basmati rice and Thai slaw.
Grilled chicken with creamy roasted red pepper sauce
drizzled with chimichurri sauce, caramelized peppers
and onions, cinnamon mashed taters and black bean
and corn salsa.
Pan seared, topped with goat cheese and sundried
tomatoes,
drizzled with a basil lemon butter sauce,
served with a
twice baked tater and julienne veggies.
Moist and tender with a citrus butter sauce, cinnamon
mashed taters and black bean and corn salsa.
Lightly dusted, tossed with orange peel and chili peppers
for a spicy/citrus flavor, served with white rice and Thai slaw.
